Return and Cancellation Policy |
| Big on Style prides itself on outstanding quality, value and service. | | | | Returns | - Returns for refund or exchange of unused, undamaged merchandise shipped back within 30 days of the date the item was shipped from BOS will be accepted.
- It can take up to 15 business days once we receive your return package for your return to be credited or an exchange made.
- Refunds will be issued through the same method of payment with which the purchase was made. If payment was made by cashier’s check or money order, a Big on Style check will be issued.
- Special orders may not be returned.
- Refunds will not be issued on certain items discounted and marked as "final sales."
- Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturer's defects.
- Information regarding procedures for refunds and exchanges will be included with each shipment. If you no longer have the return form, please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:
